Preparing the Job Description:
We prepare the job description relevant to the required job profile so as we can easily evaluate the candidate’s qualifications and experience for the particular job.
Develop the requirement chart:
Based on the job description, we prepare the requirement chart for the qualifications, experience, roles and responsibilities and skill sets required for the particular job.
Short listing of Candidates:
We go through all the applications received from the candidates and also search our database and rank them on the scale of 0-10.We shortlist those candidates who are suitable for the job and meet all the requirements given by our clients. Then we organize interviews of the short listed candidates on the behalf of our clients.
TELEPHONIC / DIRECT INTERVIEWS
An Interview must be comprehensive and scrupulous, to be efficacious and elegant.
After the screening of job applications, we conduct telephonic interviews to get a brief idea about the skills and competencies of the candidates. On the basis of the telephonic interview, we call them for an interview.
We do the proper planning before organizing the interviews so as we can make the interviewing process smooth. We organize the interview topics and purpose of an interview in advance so as we can help our clients in recruiting the potential candidates.
An interview conducted by us reveals the latent and inner motives and weaknesses of the candidates which play an important part in the commitment and contribution offered by the candidates in the growth and progress of any organization. The suitability of a candidate to a post or position is also amply revealed by his / her body language, gestures, and reactions, communicational and social skills, besides the occupational competencies.
