An Interview must be comprehensive and scrupulous, to be efficacious
and elegant. An interview reveals the latent and inner motives and weaknesses
of the candidates which play an important part in the commitment and contribution
offered by the candidates in the growth and progress of any organization. The
suitability of a candidate to a post or position is also amply revealed by his
/ her body language, gestures, reactions, communicational and social skills,
besides the occupational competencies.
